Step 1 - Login to the Mobile App Dashboard using the login details sent to you. 

(Note: If you want to change your password, you have to let us know, unlike in your mailing system where you can change your password without letting us know first).


Step 2 - Re-ordering Tabs

Your tabs are drag and droppable so if you want to re-order a specific tab, you can just drag and drop it to where you want it to be.


Step 3 - Customizing your content

Click on the Edit Content menu button beside the Dashboard so that you can customize your app content


3.1 Home Tab- already done for you by our team.

(Note: Home and Location tabs are tied to each other so whatever changes you made to the Locations tab will also be reflected on the Home tab.)


3.2 Location tab

a. To add new location, click Add New Location then put in the information you want to add.

b. To delete a location, click Delete then Click OK.


3.3 Messages Tab

a. To show/hide the Messages tab, uncheck/check the box then Click the green Save Changes button.


3.4 Fan Wall Tab

a. To delete comment, click the Delete button.


3.5 Email Us Tab

a. To add a new custom form, Click Add New Custom Form then put in the information on the appropriate fields.

b. To add fields, click on Add a Field then select the field you want to add.

c. To edit the field labels and properties, click on the Field Properties menu found beside the Add a Field then you can change now the contents of the fields then click the green Save Form button.


3.6 GPS Rewards

a. Click on the Add Coupon button

b. Put in the appropriate information on the fields then click on the green Save Changes button.

(Note: Checking the GPS Location Map will open your address in your client's native map so they will be able to find you)


3.7 Events Tab

a. To delete a recurring event, click the Add Recurring Event button, then choose the event you want to delete and then click on the Delete button. Deleting the event using this method will delete all instance of that recurring event.


3.8 Pro Shop Tab

a. To add a new product, click edit under the Custom button, add the Category then Save Changes then go back to clicking on edit under the Custom button, then beside the Category you added, click on Add New Item, fill in the appropriate information on the fields then click on the green Save Changes button.


3.9 Email Pic Tab

a. To edit, click the Email Pic tab then add/change/delete the information on the fields then click the green Save Changes button.


3.10 News Tab

a. You can add your RSS feed by clicking on the News tab then putting in your RSS URL in the RSS URL field then click on the green Save Changes button.


3.11 PDFs Tab

a. To add a new PDF, click on the Add New PDF button then put in the required information then you can either upload or type in the URL of your PDF file then click on the green Save Changes button.


3.12 Loyalty Rewards Tab

a. To add a new royalty reward, click on the Add New Royalty Reward button then put in the required information then click on the green Save Changes button.


3.13 Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Instagram/Soundcloud Tabs

a. Your accounts should already be linked and these are already tied up to your app so when you update anything from Facebook, Twitter, etc., it will also update automatically on the app. 

Step 4 - Customizing your Messages

To customize the content of your messages, click on the Messages menu button beside the Edit Content button.


4.1 Customizing how your notification message will appear

a. In order to edit how your message is displayed, click the Edit Message tab and then add or change the content of your message. A preview of how your message will appear is displayed at the right.

b. You can also choose your message target by checking or unchecking the boxes (i.e. iPhone App, Android App) and an option to connect to your Facebook and Twitter account is also included.

4.2 Customizing your Messages' Location Settings

a. In order to edit your location settings, click on the Location Settings menu tab then select whether your notification audience are all your users or just specific area users. When selecting specific area users, there's an option for you to type in the address for the area you wish to target and your messages will just be sent to that specific area.

4.3 Customizing your Messages' Link Content

a. Click the Content Type drop-down menu and select which type of content you want to link with your message (i.e. None, Website URL, Link to a Specific Tab, and Choose from our Offers)

b. Add in the information needed

(Note: Selecting None will only display the main page of the app.) 

4.4 Customizing when your message will be published

a. Click on the Publish Send & Schedule menu tab then select whether you want to send your message now, or schedule your message to send on a specific date and time or you can also choose until when the message is active.

Step 5 - Viewing your analytics stats

To view your analytics stats, click on the Analytics menu tab beside the Messages tab then you can choose whether you'd like to view the Dashboard, User Analytics or the Tab Analytics.


Step 6 - Downloading your QR codes

To download your QR codes, click on the QR Codes menu tab then click on the blue download button. You can also choose to redirect your QR code if you want to use only one QR code for all the platforms (i.e. Android, IOS, HTML5)
